Rahul Sethi, an entrepreneur and an exceptionally skilled professional, started off his career long back with high hopes and motivation. His experience in ICT is not less than 13 years and this makes him a healthy proficient in the genres including Sales, Marketing and Operations. Rahul being competent enough to reach the competitive markets with ease, he has also proved himself globally by being able to offer tactical supervision in implementing Sales and Marketing Plans.

When working with one of the top software companies HCL Technologies, Rahul handled the top tier clients such as Accenture, SBC and British Telecom. He was entrusted the role of process transitioning and knowledge transfer within large teams and with the passing time, he had also led teams in certifications like ISO 9001, COPC, BS 7799, etc. Rahul's intelligence and confidence enables him to treat complexities with great ease. Holding on to these qualities and years of experience, the founder and CEO of Integral Fusion now plays a major role in conceptualizing client-driven delivery model for offshore software developments.

Kevin Harrison (Harry)
Managing Consultant

The first class honours degree holder in Bachelor of Science from the Imperial College, London, presently represents Integral Fusion in United States of America. To take a glimpse of his past, Mr. Harrison started his career as an engineer at an oil and gas industry immediately after his graduation (in Mechanical Engineering) in the year 1989. Looking at his dedication to work, he was offered to join Accenture in 1991 as a Management Consultant. He worked with Accenture till 2004 proving his efficiency by involving himself with various Capital and Corporate Developments for the company and, Merger and Acquisition deals as well.

Mr. Harrison is now working as an Independent consultant and heading Integral Fusion with complete responsibility in the US. He is a genuine person with no disagreements with the company thus engrossing in his resourceful skills the more.

Noel Deyzel (ND)
Managing Director - Africa

Neol Deyzel started his career at a very young age, giving competition to everything that comes his way. He was just 19 years when he was offered to join Glocell Service Provider, Largest (non-network) cellular provider in South Africa as a Technical Manager. For over a year, Neol managed South Africa's leading Mobile Advert Network with full responsibility. Neol's industry experience for a decade have now made him a skillful person and recognized him as an entrepreneur with dexterity in all facets of Sales, Marketing, Advertising and Operations. This early beginning has made Neol take decisions in work, in accordance to the thought process of the contemporary generation and reach heights.

Sanjeev Verma
Sr. Project Manager

Sanjeev Verma handles the Project Delivery section in the company which is in it a very responsible job. This includes client interaction, analysis & designing, operation, implementation & maintenance of web based business solutions. Sanjeev has good experience in both technical and functional fields and therefore has the capability to deal with clients from various sector industries.

Sanjeev has maintained an outstanding record in holding the integrity of the technical projects even amongst medium to large-scale implementations. He is also good at guiding the Team Leaders to keep up to the expectations of their clients. Sanjeev had even handled the ISO 9001 implementation at Integral Fusion and dealt with all the Project Manager workshops.
