• Managing all aspects of a project such as define and manage project scope, goals, budget, schedule, resources and deliverable to support business goals in collaboration with the management.
• Expert .NET technologist, development skills in in C# and ASP.NET with MSSQL.
• A very good understanding of Web development technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, CSS and JScript).
• Sound Software Architecture knowledge with a focus on quick delivery of functioning software
• Experience designing, planning and coordinating the development of large scale web based systems
• Effective in oral and written communication skills.
• Should be aware of quality and SDLC process.
• Must be able to mentor/coach juniors on the job thus ensuring productivity
• Strong experience of managing US based clients.
• Good client relationship management skills.
• Ability to provide technical leadership to the technical team
• Should have experience of handling a technical team minimum 4 years
• Minimum 4+ years experience in Software Development field and 2+ Years in Project management and also well versed in MS .net Technology
