Job Description
The HR Relationship Management team carries the primary mandate of ensuring delivery of all HR services (Training & development, Performance Management, Payroll, Administrative Support Services etc.) to all employees.

Location: - India, South Africa, Germany, USA

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure to take care of IR issues related to Contract Labour and various issues such as Bonus, wages and Employment of Labour.
  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • Recruitment and Induction of Officers.
  • Proactive Employee Relations to ensure organizational Peace and Harmony.
  • Issuing confirmation appraisal forms to HODs and follow up with confirmation advice.
  • Implementation and review of policies from time to time.
  • Maintain Accurate C & B Information from time to time.
  • Coordinate and prepare monthly salary statements accurately and on time..
  • Implement Training and Development initiatives.
  • Maintenance of Records and compliance under various statutory agencies such as, labour office, ESI, Labour Welfare (Statutory and Voluntary), etc.
  • Grievance Redressal; Disciplinary proceedings.
  • Liaisoning with Department of Labour, Employment Exchange.
  • Attending Labour inspections and writing Compliance reports to the various labour inspections.
  • Handling Labour contractors and co-coordinating for organizing manpower requirements.
  • Personnel Administration.
  • Supervision of Time Office Functions, leave records, operation of payroll.
  • Facilitate the Performance Management Activities in coordination with the Head Office
  • MBA/Graduate in any stream with relevant experience. Prefer people from PM and IR Background
