Prince2® Training

PRINCE2 Training, (PRINCE = Projects in Controlled Environments) is a project management method covering the organisation, management and control of projects. PRINCE2 Training was first developed by the Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency (CCTA), now part of the Office of Government Commerce (OGC), in 1989 as a UK Government standard for IT project management. PRINCE ® is a registered trademark of the OGC and PRINCE2 is their intellectual property.

PRINCE2 training is the structured project management method from the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) that has become UK’s de facto standard for organising, managing and controlling projects and is the best-practice approach for the management of diverse projects. The PRINCE2 method is flexible and adaptable for any type and size of project, and offers an excellent management foundation for any member of staff.

Duration: 5 Full days (exam included)

Training Style: Class room training

Location: Off-site only. The course is as normality presented away from the work environment to ensure that no interruptions are experienced.

Material and Certification: All material is supplied which includes the official handbook and file with course material. Attendees are issued with an international recognised certificate that depict pass rate from either the ISEB (Information Systems Examination Board), which is a British standard or EXIN (Examination Institute for Information Science) which is a European standard.
