Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) is a type of off shoring model, wherein a private entity receives a concession from an organisation to finance, design, construct, operate a facility and finally transfer the ownership of the facility and its operations to the contracted organisation.

BOT model works in three phases:

Build:

• Integral Fusion will understand your exact requirements for the need for an ODC (Offshore Development Center)
• Strategic needs, like cost-management, and strategic requirements, like global presence, are amongst many used to craft requirements.
• A plan for space arrangement, Resources (H/w, S/w), Hiring, training is defined
• Different options to handle upfront costs are submitted for approval as well

Operate:

• Integral Fusion Senior Management has extensive International experience.
• All of HR, Legal, and other support and management oversight is provided
• Processes and Quality Systems (ISO9001, CMM) put in place by Integral Fusion
• Frequent Customer Satisfaction polls, as well as regular status meetings
• Integral Fusion works on flexible pricing model

Transfer:

• Consistent with initial plans and periodic status checks, client can exercise the option to take over the team in a planned fashion
• Integral Fusion can assist in transferring this ODC into your wholly owned subsidiary
